Abstract There is no organization without conflict situations. It known that 80% of situations occur independently human will. Its causes are people’s individual characteristics, as well structure the organization, conditioned by culture established in organization. How correctly organizational management analyzes conflicts, managing stress, diagnostic and its reflected on psychological climate The directly related to labor productivity each member whole itself. On background strenuous relations, potential members spent settlement environment it takes a large part their time budget. Proper use resources affects productivity. Human Resources Management Laboratory which functioning at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University has already conducted research this regard. Due actuality issue, laboratory aimed conduct further about was focused Faculty Economics Business University. 458 respondents were interviewed including Bachelor’s Master’s Degree Students, Professors Administration Representatives. questionnaire included 36 questions 133 options response. Different differently understand importance analyzing conflicts. study finally made many problems clear. results obtained processed SPSS program. We formulated hypothesis, studied influence status gender respondent (bachelor, master, professor, representative administration) up 15 variables. Trends revealed through tables developed dispersion analysis. conclusions basis survey gave us opportunity make recommendations recovering systemic improvement values planned events will help undergo 3 self-organization, meet needs members, improve situation collective. facilitate member’s order protect organization’s prestige traditions. note majority loyal university, confirms true fact number one university country region, being constantly maintaining championship trying conditions members.
